As a warehouse team-member, you’ll be pushing a handcart with boxes, selecting frozen and other perishable products from warehouse pick slots and fit them in the box according to our Customer's specifications.

Our warehouses are temperature-controlled, ranging anywhere from 30 degrees in the cooler to -20 degrees in the freezer. It’s cold!

You will constantly be very physically active as a warehouse selector - walking miles of warehouse aisles, pushing the handcart, picking product and lifting cases of product.

You’ll be Responsible for:
Creating the boxes to the customer specifications
Safely and accurately selecting product from directions provided through a voice headset
Maintaining cleanliness and repair of dock and facility areas
Meeting or exceeding production and safety standards
Ensuring the order is built correctly, a packing slip is printed and placed in the box and has the correct ship label attached and taped securely
Stacking completed order boxes on pallets to ship
Must-Have Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
Ability to work in a cold warehouse environment
Ability to handle and physically be near products which may contain food allergens (such as fish, shellfish, peanuts, etc.)
Ability to accommodate flexible schedules and mandatory overtime to meet the needs of the customer to include weekends and holidays
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Physical Demands:
Independently lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally
Able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat on a frequent to continual basis in a refrigerated warehouse environment
Able to grasp, reach, push, or pull (such as boxes of product, or a handcart) on a frequent basis
Able to adjust to fluctuating temperatures and withstand freezing temperatures as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit
Ability to work in a noisy warehouse environment.
