Provide 100% Guest Satisfaction through efficient and effective guest interactions.
Assist guests at check-in and check-out.
Process guest credit at check-in.
Record special billing instructions.
Handle cash transactions.
Help guests resolve any issues that may occur during stay.
Coordinate with other departments as needed to assure quality service.
Promote hotel attractions & services.
Keep current on local attractions and events.
Must have strong communications skills, able to interact with guests and clients effectively to solve problems
Must have High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge of Opera PMS beneficial
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently; bi-lingual skills a plus
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to occasionally lift 25-50lbs.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Must be able to pass a background check.
