ASRC Federal Inuteq has an opportunity for an administrative Assistant to supporting our team in Huntsville, AL.

Key Role:

Provide administrative, clerical duties as needed, and at times, provide special project ad hoc support for conference logistics. Collaborate and exchange information with team and, as directed by the PM, disseminate information across the team. Manage calendars and schedules, arrange team travel, schedule conference rooms, schedule open hoteling offices, and provide monthly reports.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Records and file management/Employee in- and out-processing
Assist in managing policies and programs
Correspondence drafting and routing
Travel planning
Assist in execution of office training program

Experience: 4-5 Years Administrative duties

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Expertise in MS Office suite
Ability to manage multiple calendars
Skilled in using discretion and tact when dealing with all levels of leadership.
Technical editing expertise in crafting management/executive correspondence
Planning, organizing and executing travel arrangements
Ability to understand and prioritize management needs.
