Job purpose

Plan, direct and coordinate marketing and sales of Company products in healthcare industry in support of growing the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of the company.

You will design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals and oversee the sales team.

Oversee marketing and sales of Company products, including development or presenting to clients marketing materials, developing or overseeing sales strategies, developing or overseeing and/or making presentations, and other marketing and sales aides that promotes sales of company products.

Marketing: (70% of responsibilities)

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Oversee and when necessary, participate in execution of marketing strategy/initiatives.

Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary.

Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.

Collaborate with Sales Executives for feedback on marketing campaigns and customer response.

Design and review the Marketing department’s budget.
Sales Management (30% of responsibilities)

Build and maintain an effective sales organization.
Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of Company products and services.

Work with company executives to establish an effective business plan utilizing sales quotas, goals, objectives and other management techniques to promote sales of company products.

Oversee and supervise sales personnel - including Sales Executives (2) and Account Executives, (3) and sales coordinator (1) .
Own and manage preparation and execution sales budgets.

Plan and direct staffing, training, performance evaluations to develop and control sales incentive plan and sales and service programs.

Regularly report to leadership team on sales pipeline and activities.
Support development of materials for board review on marketing and sales function.
As needed, represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.

Any other assigned task.
Knowledge and Skills

Marketing and Sales — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Technology skills - CRM knowledge, other sales/marketing technology.

English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Education and Training — Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for
individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.

Persuasion — Persuading others to change their minds or behavior.

Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

Speaking — Talking to others to convey information effectively.

Coordination — Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.

Operating Office Equipment – Ability to operate a computer and office productivity machinery, such as printers and copy machinery, mobile phones, other communications equipment.

Organization Skills – Proven ability to manage their own work-time and work-time and output requirements of sales associates.

Communications Skills – Demonstrated ability to communicate, make presentations, and influence through communications, influence key customer and employee stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Education and Certifications

BS/BA degree in business administration, marketing and sales or other relevant field is required.
10 years direct marketing and sales experience in a healthcare SaaS environment.
Working Conditions

Frequent travel (up to 50%) required.
Office environment when not traveling.
Frequent sales calls in hospital or medical office setting.

Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, computer and printer, mobile phone.

Ability to travel by car or air to customer sites.
Ability and/or willingness to meet vendor certification requirements, such as immunizations for flu, TB, etc.

Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
