The Children's Wellness Dietician is a clinical expert in pediatric nutrition and counseling.

What you will do in this role:
You will provide community consultative services for organizations serving children, education for healthcare professionals and individual consultation as needed, for children and their families.
You will work collaboratively with the Children's Wellness Coordinator and medical director to establish and grow the regional wellness program.
You will apply in depth knowledge of normal pediatric nutrition when performing assessments. Anticipates implications of the disease and therapy in the development of a nutritional plan.
You will communicate and demonstrate best practice interventions to medical staff on defined patient population.
You will serve as a resource for development of evidence-based protocols and care guidelines.
