Forest Highlands Golf Club is in need of Babysitters that can begin working as soon as New Years Eve!
Provides excellence in customer service to Forest Highlands Golf Club Members and Guests. This position provides caring/babysitting tasks that include caring for individuals of all ages while maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
Customer Service – Assist members with recreation program and service information. Provide prompt, polite and professional service to the membership (customer). Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the appropriate uniform at all times. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe environment. This includes 1 and 2 below.
Child and Companion Care -
1. Conduct all babysitting in a mature and service oriented manner to all Forest Highlands members.
2. Be punctual and dependable.
3. Good communicate skills with parents/guardians and Recreation Department Management
o Take every measure to ensure the safety of children at all times.
o May perform housekeeping duties, prepare meals, change diapers, bathe and dress children, etc. according to member requests.
o Always practice good judgment when caring for children.
o Block schedules with be set up according to your availability and you will be contacted when a request has been made for a babysitter.
Awareness of safety and risk environment, complete any other tasks necessary to better serve the members of the club, always practice good judgement when caring for people, animals, and material items.
Two years of High School or High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Current CPR/First Aid certification (opportunities to obtain these are available through Forest Highlands upon being hired).
Experience caring for others
Clean background check
Ability to perform all activities with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of babysitting, country club and golf course operations.
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
Must be self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
Organized, able to work in a busy environment where the priorities are changing.
Ability to work a flexible schedule (days,nights, weekends, holidays)
Must be reliable.
