As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: answering 50+ inbound telephone calls per day, taking payments, explaining coverages, making policy changes, addressing underwriting inquiries, explaining cancellations and non-renewals, and handling customer requests received through mail, email, and in person.

We have an open office team oriented environment at TSC>Direct. New customer service representatives will have a 6 week comprehensive training program in order to enable your success.
