Currently, Common Sense is seeking an experienced and motivated customer service-oriented individual with preferred experience in the Medical Industry.
Our Customer Service Representative will; act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that existing or new customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Additionally, the CRM will research and generate sales leads that develop into new customers via an assortment of platforms; some of which entail social media marketing, cold calling and a slew of business development forums.
